Egg And Peanut Salad With Celery

Ingredients
  Hard-cooked eggs 6
  Chopped peanuts/Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (As Required)
  Celery curls 1 (As Required)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting the eggs in half lengthwise, then remove the yolks
MAKING
2.Combine the yolks with chopped peanuts or peanut butter and mayonnaise to moisten
3.Fill the whites with .this mixture
4.Put two halves of egg on a plate, surround with curls of celery
5.Put two tablespoons of mayonnaise dressing over each egg and garnish with peanut halves
6.Lay a halved peanut on each celery curl
SERVING
7.Serve with any appetizer
