This salmons salad is the easiest salad I have come across. Made with fresh boiled or canned salmons, the salmon salad is prepared along with shredded cabbage or celery. Dressed with mayo, I like to serve this simple and nutritious salmon salad on lettuce leaves.
|Salmon||1 Cup (16 tbs), cold boiled (fresh or canned)|
|Mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Shredded cabbage/Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lettuce leaves||6 (adjust quantity as needed)|
1.In a bowl, combine salmon, broken in flakes, and shredded cabbage or celery.
2.Serve with any appetizer
