Ingredients

Iceberg head 1 , wedged
Fresh rosemary 10 Gram , chopped finely (as needed)
Avocado 2 , chopped
Bacon slices 8 , cubed
Fresh tomato 2 , remove seed and chop
For dressing
Greek yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Crumbled blue cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Garlic clove 1 1/2 , mince

Directions

MAKING

For Dressing:

1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well and set aside.

2. In hot pan, cook the bacon pieces until nice and crispy. Transfer to paper towel and let drain.

3. In a bowl, place the drained bacon pieces and toss with rosemary.

FINALIZING

4. On top of lettuce wedge, drizzle dressing and top it with tomato, avocado, and bacon.

5. Serve and enjoy!
