Chef'S Fruit Salad
|Shredded salad greens||1 Quart|
|Mixed fruit||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Creamy Lemon Celery Seed or Celery Seed)|
|Swiss cheese strips||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooked ham strips/Turkey strips||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cinnamon buttered raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
Line a salad bowl with crisp salad greens.
Add shredded greens.
Arrange fruit in bowl.
Spoon some of the desired dressing over all.
Top with cheese and ham strips alternately with Cinnamon-Buttered Raisins.
