Orange And Onion Salad
|Red italian onions||2 Large|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Peel the oranges and onions and cut them into thin slices.
Arrange the sliced oranges alternately with the sliced onions on a large platter or salad plate.
Mix the olive oil, fruit juices, salt, pepper and rosemary.
Pour over the salad.
