Orange Perfection Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Yellow food coloring 2 Drop
  Orange 1 Medium, sectioned and diced
  Chopped cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

In medium saucepan mix gelatin, sugar, and salt; add 1/2 cup cold water.
Stir over low heat till gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
Stir in 3/4 cup water, orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, and food coloring; chill till partially set.
Fold in remaining ingredients; turn into 31/2 cup mold.
Chill till firm.
