In large salad bowl arrange 6 cups torn lettuce; 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges; 3 hard-cooked eggs, cut in wedges; 1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings; 4 ounces fully cooked ham, cut in thin strips; and 4 ounces sharp natural Cheddar cheese, cut in strips.
Combine 1/4 cup low-calorie Italian salad dressing and 1/4 cup low-calorie French-style salad dressing; pour over salad.
Toss.
