Frozen Cheddar Cheese Salad Sensation

Ingredients
  Canned plums 29 Ounce, drained and pits removed (1 Can, Green Ones)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chilled heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Green food color 3 Drop
Directions

Cut plums into small pieces.
Mix in the lemon juice, sugar, salt, and cheese.
Fold in the whipped cream, then blend in the desired amount of green food coloring.
Turn mixture into a refrigerator tray.
Freeze until firm, 3 to 4 hours.
Before serving, thaw slightly; cut into squares or wedges
