Frozen Strawberry Salad
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen strawberries||10 Ounce, partially thawed (1 Package Or 1 1/4 Cups)|
|Whipped topping/Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In medium bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add mayonnaise; mix well.
Beat in lemon juice and strawberries, 1/4 cup at a time (so mixture will not curdle).
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into 8 inch square pan, ice tray or individual molds; freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
Serve on lettuce.
If desired, garnish with mint leaves.
