Curried Breast Of Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken pieces 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Bite Sized)
  Sliced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and cut in thirds (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mock mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Orange slices 4
Directions

Combine chicken, celery, water chestnuts, salt, and pepper.
Mix Mock Mayonnaise, curry, and sherry; stir gently into chicken mixture.
Serve on lettuce-lined plates; garnish with orange slices.
