|Sliced celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and cut in thirds (1 Can)|
|Finely ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Mock mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
Combine chicken, celery, water chestnuts, salt, and pepper.
Mix Mock Mayonnaise, curry, and sherry; stir gently into chicken mixture.
Serve on lettuce-lined plates; garnish with orange slices.
