Sunshine Salad Bowl
|Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), thawed|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Torn salad greens||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Cup)|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced and separated into rings|
Combine first nine ingredients in container with tightly fitted cover.
Cover; shake well.
Reserve a few orange sections and onion rings for garnish.
In large salad bowl, combine greens, oranges and onion rings.
Add dressing; toss lightly.
