Spinach Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Young spinach 1 Pound, washed and trimmed
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Avocado 1 , pitted, peeled, and sliced thin
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Tear spinach leaves into salad bowl.
Separate onion slices into rings; add to spinach with eggs, avocado, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss; combine olive oil, lemon juice, and vinegar; add to salad.
Toss lightly
