Ingredients
  Red potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked (Unpeeled)
  Yogurt mustard dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green beans 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
  Green pepper/Red peppers 1 , cut into rings
  Raw mushrooms 6 , quartered
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Chill vegetables.
Prepare dressing and chill.
Just prior to serving, cut potatoes into wedges.
Ar-range vegetables on platter; drizzle with Yogurt-Mustard Dressing.
