Gala Lobster Salad

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped hard cooked eggs 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and diced
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Small, scored, sliced, and cut in wedges
  Ripe banana 1 , peeled and diced
  Apple 1 Small, pared and diced
  Capers 3 Tablespoon
  Lobster meat 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chilled and separated in pieces
Directions

Blend mayonnaise, chili sauce, orange and lemon juices, parsley, and egg; chill.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Lightly toss with enough chilled dressing to coat evenly.
Mound individual servings on chilled plates lined with salad greens.
