Gala Lobster Salad

|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped hard cooked eggs||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled and diced|
|Cucumber||1⁄4 Small, scored, sliced, and cut in wedges|
|Ripe banana||1 , peeled and diced|
|Apple||1 Small, pared and diced|
|Lobster meat||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chilled and separated in pieces|
Blend mayonnaise, chili sauce, orange and lemon juices, parsley, and egg; chill.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Lightly toss with enough chilled dressing to coat evenly.
Mound individual servings on chilled plates lined with salad greens.
