Sweet And Sour Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked flageolet beans 8 Ounce (225 Gram, Canned)
  Cooked red kidney beans/Adzuki beans 8 Ounce (225 Grams, Canned)
  Cooked soy beans/Haricot / butter beans 4 Ounce (100 Grams, Canned)
  Dessert apple 1
  Celery heart 1⁄2 Small
  Spring onions 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Directions

Drain all the beans well and mix together.
The choice of beans gives a blend of green, red and white colours.
Core and dice the apple.
Chop the celery and the spring onions.
Mix with the beans.
Put the mustard into a basin, blend in the oils, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Spoon over the beans.
A crisp green salad makes this into an excellent and very nutritious meal.
