Creme de Menthe Salad Ring
|Lime gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained and reserve juice (1 Can)|
|Creme de menthe||3 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced pears||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Canned)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine pine-apple juice, creme de menthe and enough water to equal 3/4 cup liquid; add to gelatin.
Chill to thicken.
Add sour cream; beat until light and creamy.
Fold in pineapple and pears.
Pour mixture into greased 4-cup ring mold; chill until set.
Unmold and pour Dressing into center of ring.
Garnish with lime slices.
