Creme De Menthe Salad Ring

Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained and reserve juice (1 Can)
  Creme de menthe 3 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced pears 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Canned)
  Lime slices 4
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine pine-apple juice, creme de menthe and enough water to equal 3/4 cup liquid; add to gelatin.
Chill to thicken.
Add sour cream; beat until light and creamy.
Fold in pineapple and pears.
Pour mixture into greased 4-cup ring mold; chill until set.
Unmold and pour Dressing into center of ring.
Garnish with lime slices.
