Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Romaine lettuce 1 Quart
  Head of lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Leaf spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
For dressing
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce, chopped (1/2 Of 1 Can)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Green food color 2 Drop
Directions

Rub salad howl with cut garlic clove (use 1/2 garlic clove in dressing).
Tear greens into bite size pieces in bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients; mix well.
Just before serving, pour dressing over greens.
Toss lightly.
