Ingredients
For tossing
  Lettuce head 1 Small, shredded
  Tomatoes 2 , seeded
  Black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For mixing
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Guacamole 1 Can (10 oz)
  Italian dressing 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped green chile 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 can refried beans on bottom of salad bowl.
Toss the sauce with lettuce.
Place on top of the retried beans.
Put shredded (grated) cheddar cheese on top.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crushed fritos.
Garnish with olives.
