Avocado And Grapefruit Salad
|Grapefruit||1 (Ordinary One)|
|Sunflower oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Sugar||2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Cut away the peel from the grapefruit, then cut out the segments; do this over a basin so the juice can form part of the dressing.
Skin, stone and slice the avocados.
Add the oil, lemon juice, sugar and seasoning to the grapefruit juice.
Keep the avocado in this until just before serving the salad.
Arrange alternate slices of the fruits on a plate and serve with a garnish of lettuce leaves and parsley.
