Molded Beet Salad

Ingredients
  Canned shoestring beets 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain beets, save juice, measure juice and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Bring this to a boil, remove from heat and add jello, sugar, vinegar and horseradish.
Be sure sugar and jello gets dissolved.
Add beets.
Pour into mold
