Chicken Agar-Agar Salad
|Chicken breast halves||4|
|Agar agar||1⁄5 Tablespoon (1/5Th Of A Package)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame seed oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cut the agar agar into 2 inch sections and soak in cold water for 2 hours, changing the water two or three times within this period.
Boil the chicken for about 20 minutes.
When cold, bone and shred into 2 inch pieces and season with a little salt.
Mix well with the agar agar.
Blend the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the chicken and let it marinate for about 1/2 hour.
