Avocado Puree Salad
|Ripe avocados||2 , cut into halves|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Cut the avocados in half and with a spoon carefully scoop the flesh into the work bowl.
Save the skins.
In the work bowl, using the steel blade, pure'e the avocados.
Add the lemon juice, the walnuts, the celery and season, process for 5 seconds.
Transfer to a mixing bowl, and add the raisins.
Place the avocado puree back into the shells and smooth out on top.
Serve garnished with a black olive.
