Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce
  Cream/Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 Dash
  Tabasco sauce 2 Drop
  Avocados 2 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cream cheese with cream or mayonnaise, chives, salt, and tabasco, blending thorbughly.
Cut each chilledavocado in half lengthwise, remoye seed and pull off skin.
Brush inside and out with lemon-juice, and fill hollow with cream cheese mixture.
Press two, halves of avocado together, wrap tightly in waxed paper, and chill in refrigerator.
(Do not place fruit on ice or too close to freezing unit.) To serve, slice fruit lengthwise and place on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with watercress
