Winter Salad Pickle

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 Quart, cut in slivers
  Yellow string beans 2 Quart, cut in 1 inch cubes
  Onions 12 Medium, sliced
  Red peppers 3 , cut in small pieces
  Sweet peppers 3 , cut in small pieces
  Granulated sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon (Boiled in salt water)
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar/Malt vinegar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Cook carrots and beans in salted water until tender.
Drain.
Add all the vegetables, sugar, salt and spices to the vinegar.
Boil about 5 minutes.
Pack in hot jars and seal
