Ingredients
  Lime flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream/1 cup mayonnaise / half of each 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add lemon and onion juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Mix sour cream or mayonnaise or both and cucumber into gelatin.
Turn into a 1 quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold salad and garnish with strips of green pepper and pimiento.
