Fresh Cucumber Cream Salad
|Cucumbers||3 Medium, peeled|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
In the work bowl through the feed tube and using the slicing disc, slice the cucumbers.
Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
Stand for 1/2 hour then put the sliced cucumbers in a sieve or colander and drain the liquid.
In the work bowl, place the cream, lemon juice, the sugar, and the pepper, process to combine.
Arrange the cucumber on a shallow serving plate, mask with the cream and garnish with chopped chives.
