Baby Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced scallions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Trim the ends from the beans and cook in barely enough salted boiling water to cover about 15 minutes or until crisp tender.
Drain and dry on paper towels; chill.
Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and dill in a bowl and whisk well.
About 1 hour before serving, toss with green beans.
Arrange beans in a serving bowl and garnish with scallion slices.
