Party Potato Salad
|Potatoes||8 Medium, cooked peeled and sliced|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion/Green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pickle/Pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||6 , chopped|
|Celery stalks||4 , chopped|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Toss warm potato slices with French dressing, onion, pickles, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, mix in egg, celery and mayonnaise.
