|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped green pepper||3 Tablespoon|
|Pimento||2 Ounce, drained and chopped|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||50 Milliliter (0.25 Cup)|
Combine the drained sauerkraut, bean sprouts, celery, green onion and green pepper in a bowl; mix well.
Mix in the pimento.
Mix or shake together the sugar, vinegar and oil and toss with the vegetable mixture.
