Beansprout-Kraut Salad

Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 1 Pound (Drained)
  Bean sprout 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Pimento 2 Ounce, drained and chopped
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 50 Milliliter (0.25 Cup)
Directions

Combine the drained sauerkraut, bean sprouts, celery, green onion and green pepper in a bowl; mix well.
Mix in the pimento.
Mix or shake together the sugar, vinegar and oil and toss with the vegetable mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
