Garden Potato Salad With Mayonnaise
|Small potatoes||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed|
|Radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||5|
|Celery salt||To Taste|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Paprika||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Peel, chop and remove seeds from cucumber.
In a large bowl place cooked, peeled and sliced potatoes, the vegetables, 3 hard-cooked eggs (chopped) and the seasonings.
Combine dressing with milk, pour over vegetables and mix well.
Garnish with the 2 remaining eggs (sliced) and paprika.
