Haricot And Tuna Salad
|Haricot beans||250 Gram|
|Tomatoes||6 Small, skinned|
|Black olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved and stoned|
|Salad onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Celery stick||1 , sliced|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned tuna in oil||200 Gram, drained (One Can)|
Soak the beans overnight in water.
Drain the beans, place in a pan and cover with cold water.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 1 to11/2 hours, until tender, adding a little salt towards the end of cooking.
Drain well and leave to cool.
Cut each tomato into 6 wedges and place in a bowl with the beans, olives, onion, celery and parsley.
Flake the tuna into large pieces and add to the salad.
Pour over the dressing and toss well.
