Haricot And Tuna Salad is a sumptuous salad that will complete your dinner spread! This dish that is a favorite at my home. Try this Haricot And Tuna Salad. You wont regret it!!
Ingredients
  Haricot beans 250 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Tomatoes 6 Small, skinned
  Black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved and stoned
  Salad onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Celery stick 1 , sliced
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tuna in oil 200 Gram, drained (One Can)
  Vinaigrette 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak the beans overnight in water.
Drain the beans, place in a pan and cover with cold water.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 1 to11/2 hours, until tender, adding a little salt towards the end of cooking.
Drain well and leave to cool.
Cut each tomato into 6 wedges and place in a bowl with the beans, olives, onion, celery and parsley.
Flake the tuna into large pieces and add to the salad.
Pour over the dressing and toss well.
Serves 6.
