Peel oranges, remove small slice from each end, then cut crosswise into four slices.
Divide each slice in halves.
Place a serving of cottage cheese on four salad plates, hollow out center of cheese to form a cup, and fill cup with cleaned fresh berries.
Place orange pieces around cheese, rounded side out, and garnish salad with sprigs of watercress and mint.
Serve with fruit salad dressing or mayonnaise.
