Lima Beans And Tuna Salad
|Tuna||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Lima beans||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped spring onions||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
Drain the cans of tuna and beans and mix together in a large bowl.Add the oil and vinegar, to taste.
The proportion of oil to vinegar should be 3:1.Mix in the spring onions, chopped parsley, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.Add enough mayonnaise to cover the mixture.
A hard boiled egg or two can be sliced and added with a sprinkle of caviar for variety.
