Cranberry Crown Molded Salad

Ingredients
  Gelatin 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cranberry juice 2 Cup (32 tbs), heated to boiling
  Cranberry juice cocktail 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Apples 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

In large bowl mix gelatine and sugar.
Add hot juice and stir until thoroughly dissolved (about 3 minutes).
Add remaining juice and chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in nuts, celery and apples.
Turn into mold.
Chill until firm.
Serve with your favorite chicken, turkey, ham or seafood salad.
