Salad Shrimp

The salad shrimp is a shrimp lettuce salad recipe served over bread slices. Delicately prepared, the salad shrimp may be served as an appetizer before meals and is accompanied by watercreass and lemon wists.
Ingredients
  Rye bread slice 2 , buttered
  Lettuce leaves 2
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked and peeled shrimps 4 Ounce
  Lemon twist 2
  Parsley sprigs 2
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

Place a lettuce leaf flat on each piece of bread.
Place a line of shrimps diagonally across the centre of each slice.
Pipe mayonnaise either side of the shrimps and then fill the corners with additional shrimps.
Place a twist of lemon in the centre and sprigs of watercress either side.
Sprinkle with a little paprika.
