|Rye bread slice||2 , buttered|
|Cooked and peeled shrimps||4 Ounce|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Place a lettuce leaf flat on each piece of bread.
Place a line of shrimps diagonally across the centre of each slice.
Pipe mayonnaise either side of the shrimps and then fill the corners with additional shrimps.
Place a twist of lemon in the centre and sprigs of watercress either side.
Sprinkle with a little paprika.
