Green Bean Salad With Chicken Livers

Ingredients
  Green beans 14 Ounce
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chicken livers 4
  Smoked streaky bacon 5 Ounce, rind removed, cut into strips
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon (Creme Fraiche)
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Top and tail the green beans and cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) lengths.
Rinse and put on a dish with 1/4 cup (3 tablespoons) of water.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Take care not to over cook, the beans should be crisp.
Rinse the chicken livers and chop into pieces.
Put the bacon on a plate and microwave, uncovered, for 1 minute on HIGH.
Add the chicken livers, salt and pepper.
Cover and micro wave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon.
Mix together the sour cream (creme fraiche), mustard and lemon juice in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat for 2 minutes in the microwave oven on mediub.
Arrange the green beans in a serving dish.
Add the chicken livers and bacon.
Pour the sauce over.
