|Celery||4 Cup (64 tbs), cut up|
|Melted butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Stock/Bouillon||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Large, coarsely chopped|
Saute celery in melted butter until brown.
Blend cornstarch with a little stock or bouillon, add remaining stock, then add to celery and cook for 5 minutes.
Place.onions in baking dish, pour celery mixture over onions, and bake in slow oven (325 F.) about 1 hour.
