Braised Celery

Ingredients
  Celery 4 Cup (64 tbs), cut up
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Melted butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Stock/Bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 2 Large, coarsely chopped
Directions

Saute celery in melted butter until brown.
Blend cornstarch with a little stock or bouillon, add remaining stock, then add to celery and cook for 5 minutes.
Place.onions in baking dish, pour celery mixture over onions, and bake in slow oven (325 F.) about 1 hour.
