All Seasons Macaroni Salad

  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Italian salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste (Few Grains)
  Elbow macaroni 8 Ounce, cooked, drained (2 Cups)
  Diced cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bacon 1⁄2 Pound, pan broiled and crumbled
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Chopped pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Large, diced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Avocado 1 , peeled and sliced
  Curly endive 1

Mix together in a bowl the sour cream, salad dressing, salts, and pepper; add macaroni and chicken and mix well.
Chill thoroughly.
Add bacon, eggs, pimiento, and tomato to macaroni; toss lightly.
Turn into salad bowl.
Sprinkle lemon juice over avocado slices.
Garnish salad with avocado and endive.
Additional bacon, chicken, eggs, pimiento, and tomato may be used to garnish, if desired.
