Ingredients
  Celery seed cream dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Cooked and cubed chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use White Meat)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Halved seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely cut coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped toasted blanched almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Prepare Celery Seed-Cream Dressing.
Lightly toss chicken and remaining ingredients.
Using just enough to coat evenly, add the dressing and toss gently.
Garnish with parsley.
