Broccoli Salad (Insalata Di Broccoli)

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Pound
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim off leaves and bottoms of broccoli stalks, and split thick stems lengthwise.
Cook, covered, in a small amount of salted water until just tender.
Drain and chill.
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle over thoroughly chilled broccoli and serve
