Orange Cream Fruit Salad
|Canned pineapple chunks||20 Ounce, drained|
|Canned sliced peaches||16 Ounce, drained|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained|
|Banana||3 Medium, sliced|
|Apple||2 Medium, peeled and cut up|
|Instant vanilla pudding mix||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Frozen orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), thawed|
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine the pineapple, peaches, mandarin oranges, bananas and apples in a large bowl.
Combine the dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Beat in the sour cream.
Fold the sour cream mixture into the fruit mixture.
Chill, covered, until ready to serve.
