Shrimp Pasta Salad
|Shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined|
|Angel hair pasta||16 Ounce|
|Cajun seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Green onions||7 Ounce, chopped (Use 1 Small Bunch)|
|Black olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , chopped|
|Italian dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Powdered steak seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Avocados||2 , sliced|
Cook the shrimp, pasta and Cajun seasoning in boiling water for 10 minutes or until shrimp and pasta are tender; drain.
Place the shrimp mixture, green onions, olives and eggs in a large bowl and toss lightly.
Shake the Italian dressing and steak seasoning vigorously to blend.
Add to the shrimp mixture; toss lightly.
Garnish with avocados.
