Minted Chicken And Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Mint apple jelly 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh mint 2 Tablespoon (1 To 2 Teaspoons Dried Mint Flakes)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Small pasta 8 Ounce, cooked and drained
  Chopped cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Yellow bell pepper 1 , cut into 1 pieces
  Chopped cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place the jelly in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave, uncovered, on High for 20 to 30 seconds or until melted; cool slightly.
Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, mint, salt and pepper and blend well.
Combine the pasta, chicken, bell pepper, cucumber and green onions in a salad bowl.
Add the mint jelly mixture and toss to coat.
Chill, covered, for at least 1 hour before serving.
