Mandarin Mixed Salad
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple cider vinegar/White wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Torn mixed salad greens||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained|
|Red onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Radishes||4 , thinly sliced|
|Green onions||4 , thinly sliced|
|Dried cranberries||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Crumbled feta cheese/Bleu cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Halved cherry tomatoes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine the orange juice, vinegar, vegetable oil and sugar in a covered jar and shake vigorously to blend.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a large serving bowl.
Drizzle with the orange juice mixture.
Toss and serve.
