Mandarin Mixed Salad

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar/White wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Torn mixed salad greens 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained
  Red onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Radishes 4 , thinly sliced
  Green onions 4 , thinly sliced
  Dried cranberries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Crumbled feta cheese/Bleu cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Halved cherry tomatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine the orange juice, vinegar, vegetable oil and sugar in a covered jar and shake vigorously to blend.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a large serving bowl.
Drizzle with the orange juice mixture.
Toss and serve.
