Spinach Raisin Salad With Pepper Jelly Dressing

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 10 Ounce, torn (Pre-Washed)
  Sun dried tomatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crumbled bleu cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Toasted pecans/Toasted walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned pitted black olives 6 Ounce
  Pepper jelly 8 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Can Also Use Less)
Directions

Combine the spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, raisins, bleu cheese, nuts and olives in a salad bowl and toss.
Just before serving, melt the pepper jelly and stir in the vinegar.
Drizzle over the spinach mixture.
Toss and serve.
