Finely chop: 100 g ({lb) lean ham, half a dill pickle, 1 small onion, and 1 cooked potato.
Mix these ingredients into 150 ml (1/4 pint) (5/8 cup) mayonnaise.
Stir in a pinch of paprika, salt and pepper to taste, and 15ml (1 tablespoon) finely chopped parsley or chives.
Spoon on to rolls.
