Frozen Cranberry Salad
|Canned whole cranberry sauce||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned jellied cranberry sauce||16 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Whipped topping||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Confectioner's sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened|
Combine the two types of cranberry sauce in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Spread in a greased long pan or gelatin mold.
Combine the lemon juice, whipped topping, mayonnaise, confectioners' sugar and cream cheese in a bowl and mix well.
Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cranberry mixture.
Freeze for 8 hours.
