Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 Pound, grilled
  Tomatoes 2 Large, coarsely chopped
  Zucchini 1 Medium, halved and thinly sliced
  Frozen whole kernel corn 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Ripe avocado 1 , halved and sliced
  Chopped green onions 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Picante sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro/Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the chicken crosswise into bite-size pieces.
Combine the chicken, tomatoes, zucchini, corn, avocado and green onions in a large bowl and toss gently.
Combine the picante sauce, canola oil, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic salt and cumin in a small bowl and blend.
Pour over the chicken mixture.
Stir gently.
Serve on a lettuce-lined platter with additional picante sauce.
