Mock Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic/1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Romaine 1 Pound, torn in 2 inch pieces
Directions

Place the vegetable oil, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, mustard, salt and Parmesan cheese in a covered jar and shake to combine.
Pour over the romaine.
Sprinkle with croutons.
