Shrimp Salad

Shrimp Salad is a delicious side dish recipe that you would love to prepare on every party. Try this salad dish; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this!
Ingredients
  Cooked peeled shrimp 8 Ounce
  Granny smith apple 1 , chopped
  Canned mandarin oranges 4 Ounce, drained
  Lemon yogurt 6 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rinse the shrimp briefly under cold water; drain.
Combine the shrimp, apple pieces and orange sections in a medium bowl.
Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a small bowl and blend well.
Stir in the lemon juice.
Add the yogurt mixture to the shrimp mixture and mix well.
Chill, covered, for at least 1 hour.
Serve in grapefruit cups.
Garnish with parsley.
